Congratulations to Kevan Regan who will be our new Vice-President next year. I will be taking over as Press & Publicity Officer for both the Circle and the Province, so send me any articles , photographs or other items of interest. This journal/blog is now able to show videos in a "you tube" format, and the web-site will be upgraded to video capability in December.
